HELLO!! My name is MR./MRS./MISS./DR./PROF....(whatever!!) PICASSOHEAD!!

5th Grade studied the crazy Cubism paintings of Picasso, then re-discovered the child's toy Mr. Potato Head.  Then we combined what we saw in Picasso's paintings with the toy and came up with some very cool Mr. Picassoheads.  Look closely at the photos...some of the students turned into their POTATOHEADS!!

"Silly Mr. Picassohead!...Take that student's glasses off!!"

Well done 5th Grade!!  Can't wait to see your next project!!

Fifth Grade Fall Pastel Gourds...We practiced our still life, "larger than life " drawing skills on GIANT paper.  We then drew with white glue and added the color to the drawing we saw from the gourds we observed.
The Third and Fourth Grade created Laurel Burch Cats by drawing with white glue. After the glue dried, the students practiced blending pastels...Fabulous!
